Here is our meal plan for this week..


Monday -  Seared Hake with Brussel Sprouts and Warm Lentils (Blue Apron)

Tuesday - Moms night out! Hubby will make leftovers

Wednesday - Vietnamese-Style Shaking Beef with Basmati Rice (Plated)

Thursday - Cornish Hen with Glazed Pears and Toasted Fregola (Plated)

Friday - Chili-Rubbed Flat Iron Steaks with tomato rice and quick kimichi (Blue Apron)

Saturday - Pan Seared Chicken Legs with Purple Smashed Potatoes Brussel Sprouts and Warm Bacon Vinaigrette (Blue Apron)

Sunday -  Marmitako Basque Tuna Stew with Peppers and Potatoes (Plated)
